Welcome to the LV Ranch POA Website

Welcome to the LV Ranch Estates Property Owners' Association (POA) website. Its main purpose is to provide a documented history of the actions and decisions of the POA Board and a repository of information related to owning property and living at LV Ranch Estates.

The website was updated in March 2019; here are the major changes:

Both source data and developer tools are now cloud-based. This allows us to revise the website from any device and it makes it easier to add contributors.
You can access and view the website from any device (e.g., phone, pad, desktop) without any loss of functionality.
Navigation has been simplified: major topics are provided in the top Navigation bar while less used pages are organized as Secondary Navigation in the page footer.
You can exchange information on a variety of subjects with your neighbors using the Blog posts provided in the Forums menu. For information using the blog capability, see the Using Forums Website Help topic.

Main Navigation Options (Menu Bar)

Here are the current Menu Bar options:

Home: Alerts and time-sensitive information (e.g., upcoming Board Meeting, site visit by the State Forester, Get Out Now Directives (just kidding), etc.
News: Topical information or information with a log-shelf life such as Changes in Rules and Regulations, New Policies, Obtaining Agricultural Tax Status, etc. Outdated News articles will be moved to the Archives menu (in the footer).
Board: Current board members, committee members, and agenda and minutes for recent board meetings.
Documents: LV Ranch POA governing documents including Design Guidelines, CC&Rs, By-Laws, Rules and Regulations, etc.
LV Ranch: A brief discussion of the history and prehistory of Las Vegas Ranch and general information about its plant communities and associated fauna
Forums. A blog for sharing information with your neighbors.

Secondary Navigation Options

The Secondary Navigation menu options are provided at the bottom of the page and include the following:

Website Help. Information on using the website (this page ) and the Forums blog.
Environmental. Topics relevant to environmental issues at LV Ranch such as combating Pinyon Needle Scale and protecting your property from wildfires.
Sustainable Living. Various topics relevant to a sustainable living lifestyle. Much of this information was taken, with permission from Peter Gooding, from the original Las Vegas Ranch Estates website.
Weather. A link to a weather station at LV Ranch.
Emergency. Contact information for the Williamson Valley Fire Department, Yavapai County Sheriff’s office, and the Arizona Game and Fish (to report poaching).
Archives. Old News articles.
